Job Description Position Overview Labbaik Hajj Umrah USA, a Chicago-based travel company specializing in Hajj and Umrah packages for Muslim pilgrims, seeks a full-time remote Social Media Manager to build and execute engaging digital campaigns that guide prospective pilgrims through their spiritual journey preparations.
Key Responsibilities Develop and run social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok promoting the company's Hajj and Umrah packages and travel services
Create compelling visual and written content that showcases package offerings, ground logistics, and international flight options in ways that resonate with Muslim travelers
Manage daily community engagement, promptly responding to inquiries from prospective pilgrims
Track and analyze content performance metrics, refining strategies to improve reach and conversion
Requirements & Qualifications Approximately 2 years of proven social media management experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, or religious/faith-based sectors
Strong skills in visual design and copywriting tailored to Muslim audiences
Ability to simplify complex travel logistics and present them as clear, engaging social content
Comfortable managing multiple platforms simultaneously
