World Class Health (WCH) is an AI-native specialty-care Center of Excellence covering elective surgery, musculoskeletal (MSK) care, imaging, infusions, cancer care, women's health, and weight-loss and GLP-1 management. Our AI identifies members who are likely to need specialty care before they choose a specialist, then engages and navigates them to high-quality, lower-cost providers. Employers get better outcomes for their people, backed by the industry's first 100% contractual savings guarantee.
We serve self-funded employers directly and through benefits consultants, and we are building distribution through TPAs and health plans. We are based in San Francisco and growing quickly.
The role The VP, Marketing owns how World Class Health is understood by two audiences: the buyers and influencers who choose us (employers, health plans, TPAs, PBMs, benefits consultants, brokers, and resellers) and the members who use us once a client launches. You will own the WCH value story and
carry it across our website, sales collateral, social channels, lead-generation campaigns, and RFP responses. You will also own the member communication campaigns that drive enrollment and engagement before and after each client launch, and the analytics that show what is working. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and sits on the Growth team alongside Sales, Customer Success, Consultant Relations, and Payers & Partnerships.
Our market buys specialty care through trusted relationships and long cycles, so marketing has to earn recognition before the first sales call and support every deal once it is underway. After the sale, our results depend on members knowing about WCH and choosing to use it, so member marketing is just as
central to the role. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will set strategy and also build the assets yourself, using AI and our brand kit to move fast..
What you'll do Own the value story and persona messaging
Own the World Class Health value story and keep it consistent across every channel and asset.
Tailor messaging for each audience: employers, payers, TPAs, PBMs, consultants, brokers, and resellers, each with its own priorities, economics, and objections.
Turn clinical outcomes, savings results, and client case studies into proof points each persona can verify.
Create assets with AI and the brand kit
Produce marketing assets using AI tools and the WCH brand kit, including videos, PowerPoint presentations, sell sheets, one-pagers, white papers, and case studies.
Equip Sales, Consultant Relations, and Payers & Partnerships with ready-to-use collateral for each persona and stage of the sales cycle.
Enhance the website
Continuously improve the WCH website so it reinforces the value story for visitors who have heard of us elsewhere.
Build persona-specific pages and track engagement against open opportunities.
Run social media and the newsletter
Plan and execute a comprehensive social media program, with LinkedIn as the primary channel.
Own the monthly newsletter, including its employer and consultant editions, from content to send to performance reporting.
Generate and track leads in HubSpot
Build, send, and track lead-generation campaigns in HubSpot for each target persona.
Maintain segmentation, attribution, and dashboards that show which campaigns create and
advance pipeline.
Own the RFP process
Lead RFP and RFI responses end to end, writing and maintaining a high-quality, reusable answer library.
Partner with Sales, Consultant Relations, Clinical, and Finance on deal-specific content, and use
AI tools to respond faster.
Lead member communications for enrollment and engagement
Own the member communication strategy for every client, from pre-launch through the first year and beyond.
Build a standard launch playbook, then tailor it to each client's benefits calendar, workforce, and channels.
Coordinate with client HR teams, health plans, and partners so every channel promotes WCH at
the right time with a consistent message.
Keep member-facing campaigns and employer-facing messaging telling one consistent story.
Pre-launch campaigns (before each client's go-live, typically aligned with open enrollment)
Measure enrollment and engagement
Build dashboards that track each campaign by client and channel: email delivery, opens, and clicks; direct mail response; landing page visits and video views; and event and webinar attendance.
Track Eva outbound AI calls from volume and connection rate through conversations, inquiries, and enrollments.
Track use of WCH's online AI tools, including the AI Specialty Care Clinic, and connect it to inquiries and completed care.
Attribute enrollment and engagement to the campaigns and channels that drove them, and use the results to improve the playbook for every new launch.
Share results with clients in business reviews, alongside the Customer Success team.
