Betr is seeking a CRM Associate in Miami to drive customer engagement across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, CRM & Optimization and collaborate with another CRM Associate to craft journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
You’ll work across product verticals such as Picks, Arcade, Social Sportsbook, Social Casino, and Rips, with nights/weekends during peak sports schedules.
