Develop and enhance PCHAS’s internally developed client management system, including application features, workflows, dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics tools. Collaborate with agency stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions, optimize SQL datasets, and improve responsive user interfaces. Provide backup technical escalation support for application troubleshooting. Develop, maintain, and enhance forms, workflows, application features, and user-facing functionality. Design and implement interactive dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and datasets. Design and maintain responsive user interfaces and layouts across device types. Provide Tier 3 backup support for application troubleshooting and urgent client or agency requests.
