NYC Design & Studio Leader

Carlo Ratti Associati (CRA) seeks a Design & General Manager to lead its New York office. This senior role combines design leadership with overall office management, requiring a strong architecture background and entrepreneurial mindset to run a studio with autonomy.
The selected candidate will drive design output, operations, and growth, acting as the local reference for clients and partners, and supporting US market development with HQ backing.
