Apparel Design Co-op: Mentored Trend-Driven Creation

Lands’ End in Wisconsin offers a Design Co‑op that mentors future leaders and places you in one product area (women’s, men’s, kid’s or non‑apparel). You’ll work with seasoned designers to develop concepts, color, fabrication and silhouettes, while presenting ideas to convey the design vision.
You’ll build trend analyses, market research, and design books, and gain hands-on experience in visual set ups, inspiration boards, fittings and returns analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.
