This is a hybrid position based in Columbus, OH.

What You’ll Do
Own Marketing Execution End-to-End

Own assigned marketing initiatives from concept through completion, including planning, execution, quality control, and final delivery.

Translate established product positioning and value propositions into clear, compelling, consistent messaging used to sell Onsetto to banks and support banks in marketing Onsetto's products to businesses.

Provide conference attendees with clear, complete instructions and ensure they have everything needed for polished and professional participation

Support follow‑up efforts and maximize value from each event

Maintain comprehensive conference checklists and project plans, ensuring all exhibitor requirements, vendor deadlines, sponsorship deliverables, and logistical dependencies are completed on time

Coordinate pre‑conference outreach, event promotions, and post‑conference marketing campaigns in partnership with Sales

Manage event lead capture coordination, CRM updates, and follow‑up workflows to help maximize pipeline opportunities from each event

Evaluate event performance and identify opportunities to improve execution, efficiency, and return on investment

Content & Brand Presence

Work directly with the Product team to understand Onsetto's capabilities, features, functionality, and customer value propositions

Translate technical and product information into clear, compelling, and accurate marketing communications for commercial and small business banking audiences.

Write website content, LinkedIn content, product announcements, presentations, one‑pagers, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing materials

Digital Marketing

Support and Enable Bank Partners

Equip bank partners with the tools and materials they need to successfully market and introduce Onsetto's products to their business customers.

Customize and refine materials for specific partners when needed

Act as a reliable, detail‑oriented resource for ongoing partner marketing needs
