Head of Retail Media & Partnerships

The Fresh Market is seeking a Director of Retail Media to build and scale a high-growth, supplier-funded Retail Media platform from our Store Support Center. You will define strategy, product portfolio, and partnerships to connect first-party data with digital and in-store media, driving guest engagement and profitability.
You will lead cross-functional teams across Merchandising, Marketing, Loyalty, Data & Analytics, E-commerce, Store Operations, Finance, Technology, and external partners.
