Remote Paid Media Lead — 30 Demos/Month (B2B)

Shape.Construction is seeking a hands-on paid media leader to own the full digital demand engine in the UK. You’ll run Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels, manage budgets, optimise bids, and track performance to deliver 30 booked demos each month.
You’ll collaborate with SDRs, sales, and content teams to maximize pipeline and revenue impact. The role is 100% remote with a four-day workweek in a fast-growing construction tech company.
