Summary of the Position
Our client is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Content Marketing Lead to develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and e-commerce sales.

This is a hands-on marketing role where you will manage the overall content strategy while also creating content yourself, including video, photography, and digital marketing assets.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in content marketing, social media, and video production and is comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute content marketing and social media strategies

Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content

Take product photography and create digital marketing assets

Manage content for e-commerce websites and advertising campaigns

Coordinate influencer outreach, product seeding, and collaborations

Support web advertising and SEO initiatives

Conduct email outreach to prospective partners and customers

Monitor content performance and adjust marketing strategies based on results

Support customer inquiries and other business operations as needed

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or brand content

Expert-level Japanese and business-level English

Strong experience developing and executing content marketing strategies

Hands-on experience shooting and editing video content

Portfolio of video content personally created and edited

Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar

Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar

Comfortable independently handling video production, including lighting, audio, and camera setup

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Authorized to work in the U.S.
