Position: Content Writer – Korean
Years of Experience: 2+ years as a Content Writer / Copywriter / Technical Writer
Location: Remote
Duration: 1 month (adjustable based on engagement)
Start Date: Immediate
Work Time: Full-time (8 hours/day) Minimum 40 hours/week
Must have at least 4 hours/day overlap with PST
Skills:
Native or fluent Korean + strong English proficiency (reading & writing)
Business writing and content creation experience
Strong attention to detail and content quality evaluation
Ability to review, edit, and annotate AI-generated content
Familiarity with structured content and workflows
Comfortable working with documentation and collaboration tools
Responsibilities:
Create and edit content such as articles, guides, workflows, and scenarios
Recreate real-world content workflows for LLM training and evaluation
Review AI-generated outputs for quality, accuracy, clarity, and guideline adherence
Provide detailed feedback and annotations to improve LLM performance
Collaborate with product and AI teams to align content with operational needs
Ensure consistency and correctness across multilingual content (English & Korean)
Requirements:
Multilingual capability: English and Korean (mandatory)
2+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or technical writing
Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify gaps or inconsistencies
Excellent written communication skills
Comfortable working in structured evaluation environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related) — not mandatory
Experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, Jira
Experience with LLM datasets (prompt writing, SFT, RLHF, evals, QA, red teaming)
Familiarity with JSON (basic structure), Google Colab / Jupyter, Spreadsheets, Slack
