Role Description The Graphic Designer & Content Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Torrance, CA. This position is responsible for designing visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, packaging, and web content. Daily work includes developing and refining brand visuals, creating logos and icons, selecting typography, and ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate campaign concepts and product features into clear, engaging designs and content. The specialist will manage design files, prepare production-ready assets, and support ongoing updates to brand guidelines and creative templates.
Qualifications Strong visual design skills with experience in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
Demonstrated ability in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for layout, hierarchy, and readability.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Hubsopt, MondayBoard)
Experience creating marketing and social media assets, preferably within beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, or related industries.
Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver accurate, on-time work with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
2 Year of Experience
Proficiency in photo and video production for promotional materials and website updates
