Senior Vice President, Sports Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Vice President, Sports Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This senior leadership role will guide sports marketing strategy within a fast-paced agency environment, serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts. The position is responsible for driving partnership-led growth, shaping sponsorship and experiential programs, and delivering strategic recommendations that support client objectives and business outcomes. You will also partner closely with cross-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders to strengthen client relationships and execute integrated marketing initiatives.
Location: New York, NY
Compensation: $200,000 – $210,000 annually

Responsibilities
Serve as the senior business lead and trusted advisor for assigned accounts
Drive growth and profitability while achieving annual revenue targets
Lead client presentations and articulate strategic recommendations
Champion brand partnership strategy development for assigned accounts
Troubleshoot conflicts with senior clients and team members
Guide the development of sponsorship and experiential strategies aligned to client objectives
Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated marketing programs

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
12+ years of marketing experience
10+ years of agency experience, focusing on partnership marketing and account management
Proven track record leading large-scale sponsorships and experiential activations
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue targets and budgets
Exceptional client management skills with senior stakeholder engagement experience
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
