Senior Growth & ABM Performance Marketing Lead

Navan is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to build brand awareness, demand, and pipeline through hands-on paid media leadership. You will own audience planning, platform setup, creative testing, budget pacing, and optimization across LinkedIn, Meta, X, and programmatic channels.
You’ll work with Creative, Content, Campaigns, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Sales to align campaigns with ABM, buyer journeys, and measurable outcomes.
