Public Information & Communications Manager

City of Odessa, Texas seeks an experienced communications leader to plan, coordinate, and direct the City’s communications, public information, marketing, and branding efforts, with emphasis on Public Safety including Odessa Police and Odessa Fire Rescue.
You will collaborate with City departments to develop and distribute accurate information about City services, coordinate media requests, and promote public awareness. On-call requirements apply as part of the role.
