CBC Discover is Covet by Christos's curated live shopping platform, one brand per show, live only, no replays, introducing emerging and established luxury, fashion, beauty, and home brands to a highly engaged, high-net-worth audience. The work has been recognized by Vogue and Forbes.
We are hiring a Brand Manager to own the end-to-end brand onboarding and show
execution process for CBC Discover. You will be the operational connective tissue
between our internal team and every brand that comes through the platform, making sure reach show is set up to win from the first kickoff call through the post-show recap.
For most brands, a Discover show is the community's first real introduction to them. Your job is to make sure every partner puts their best foot forward: the assortment, the story, the production, and the follow-through all working together.
This is a high-touch, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on managing many moving parts, communicates clearly across founders and creative teams, and genuinely understands how live selling works.
What You’ll Do Brand Onboarding Lead the onboarding process for every new brand joining CBC Discover, serving as their primary point of contact and single source of truth from contract signature through show day
Build and own each brand's onboarding timeline, keeping every milestone on track and every stakeholder aligned
Collect, review, and organize all marketing assets (product imagery, brand video, founder bios, hero SKUs, pricing, inventory confirmations) and flag gaps before they become problems
Schedule and coordinate the curation call between the brand and the CBC merchandising team and/or show host.
Brief brand partners on platform mechanics: shipping expectations post-show, and promotional content obligations (IG Story reposts, Feed Posts, Reels)
Educate partners on what a great show looks like and set the standard early, because for most brands, this show is the audience's first impression
Assortment & Forecast Planning Analyze each brand's proposed product list against the show forecast: assessing price points, hero SKUs, assortment depth, and inventory levels to confirm the offering is built to hit revenue targets
Identify gaps and risks in the lineup before the show is locked: thin inventory on likely bestsellers, price points that over- or under-index for the audience, too many or too few SKUs for the run time
Partner with merchandising to sequence the product lineup for pacing, storytelling, and conversion across the broadcast
Set clear, data-informed expectations with the brand on projected performance and inventory readiness
Show Production & Execution Own and manage the internal pre-show, live-show, and post-show checklist for every Discover episode
Own the run-of-show and product rundown, making sure talent, merchandising, and the brand are aligned on sequencing before going live
Coordinate cross-functionally with merchandising, creative, talent, social, and operations to keep each show on track
Manage day-of logistics and the brand's on-set experience: samples, product staging, and making founders feel supported and ready
Be present and responsive throughout the full show cycle: pre-production, rehearsal, live broadcast, and immediate post-show
Troubleshoot in real time during the live show: because shows air once, with no replays, and there's no second take
Track brand compliance on promotional deliverables and follow up where needed
Post-Show & Reporting Own the post-show recap process end to end: performance metrics (sell-through, units sold, conversion, AOV, viewership, watch time), brand-facing reporting, and internal learnings
Analyze actual results against the pre-show forecast: where the show over- or under-delivered, which products drove the numbers, and why, so every episode sharpens the next forecast
Deliver a clear set of recommendations to improve the next show: assortment and pricing changes, product sequencing and pacing, talent and on-camera storytelling notes, promotional timing, and inventory adjustments
Capture and package brand testimonials and partner feedback for use in marketing, sales collateral, and future brand recruitment
Debrief with both the brand and the internal team, translating each show's data into a concrete action list for the next run
Maintain organized records of every brand engagement, show outcome, and forecast-vs-actual so the playbook keeps getting smarter
Who You Are 3–5 years of experience in production coordination, brand partnerships, account management, or live commerce / QVC-style retail (luxury, fashion, or beauty backgrounds preferred)
A natural project manager who can hold 5+ workstreams in your head without dropping any
A great communicator, equally comfortable on a call with a founder, a buyer, or a
