Lead Marketing Campaign Manager

Rust-Oleum seeks a Brand Marketing & Integration Manager to drive brand strategy and cross-functional marketing activation for assigned product platforms. You will translate insights into compelling narratives, develop creative briefs, and ensure end-to-end campaign execution across channels.
You will collaborate with Product, PR, and Demand Generation to deliver cohesive GTM plans, monitor KPIs, and optimize performance. A strong background in consumer goods marketing is expected.
