Reports To: Jana Schmid, VP of Marketing and Sales
Dream big, eat the sandwich, miss nothing.
As our content wrangler, you’ll spend most of your days making videos. You’ll have a dedicated video editing room with all the gear you need to make our dreams come true. You’ll turn CrossOver releases, game compatibility wins, customer stories, tutorials, shorts and office chaos into videos people watch from start to finish.
But wait, there’s more… We’re a tiny (but boisterous) marketing team, so everyone ends up jumping into whatever the week throws at us. If this sounds like a dream wrapped in a Lola blanket, there are a few things you need to know.
We are AI averse. If you can’t do the job without it, please step away NOW.
We are independent workers. If you need your hand held every step of the way and cuddles from your manager, this is NOT for you.
We are critical thinkers. If a vague request leaves you stumped instead of curious, this team will eat you alive (lovingly).
We are owners. Your work processes are yours to design, defend and improve. “What should I do next?” is a question you answer, not one you ask.
And finally, we are detail freaks. If you’re fine shipping a video with a typo in the lower third because “nobody will notice,” Jana will notice, and our community will notice, screenshot it and post it on Reddit.
