Remote End-to-End Growth Marketer & Creative Strategist

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is hiring a remote marketing leader to own 4 to 6 DTC accounts end-to-end, acting as strategist, buyer, creative lead, and client’s direct point of contact. You’ll own budgets from $30k/mo to $1M/mo, ensuring ownership and accountability for outcomes.
You’ll research, write briefs and scripts, and direct editors and designers. You’ll ship 8–10 new ad launches weekly, build landing pages in Claude Code and deploy on Vercel, testing live before pushing to client sites.
