Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to lead occupancy growth through strategic outreach, tours, and relationship building with referral sources. You will coordinate with regional sales teams and marketing to meet occupancy goals.
Responsibilities include developing annual marketing plans, managing leads and CRM (Yardi), supervising the sales team, and representing the community at events. High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
