ESD Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to own all marketing for our three restaurants plus L7 Hotel Chicago. You will plan strategy, shoot content, write captions, build emails, and analyze results to drive table fills, private dining, and guest lists.
You will partner daily with GMs, executive chefs, and the events team, turning kitchen and dining room moments into campaigns. This role requires a strong portfolio, data-driven mindset, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.
