Superside is hiring: Motion Designer in New York

Responsibilities

Design engaging motion graphics for leading global brands across various formats

Collaborate with dedicated account teams across different time zones

Manage multiple simultaneous projects with high attention to detail, on time and budget

Support creative leads to help customers achieve goals through design

Take ownership of technical motion innovations, including Rive and Lottie animations

Explore and integrate AI-powered tools for video, image generation, and animation enhancements

Work on interactive motion projects to push limits of storytelling

Requirements

BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field

Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video expertise

Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Experience working with Rive and Lottie animations

Deep understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling

Ability to deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative tech

Knowledge of working with UI design systems

Understanding of HTML5 is preferred
