Renegade Furniture Group is hiring: Full-Time Media Strategist in Brooklyn

Professional freight and delivery partners are used, and all furniture is inspected prior to shipping to minimize damages and ensure products meet customer expectations. The Paid Media Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY. You’ll plan, run and optimize paid social and display campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and programmatic channels to bring in new customers and drive sales. Day to day, you’ll manage budgets and audiences, track performance, write creative briefs, run tests on creative and targeting, and keep tracking accurate through Meta Pixel, Conversions API and product catalog feeds. You’ll work with the paid search, creative, merchandising and sales teams to line up campaigns with business goals and promotions. You’ll also report on results, measure how paid media contributes to revenue, and test new channels and strategies to improve our overall digital marketing performance.

Plan, launch and optimize paid social and display campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and programmatic channels
Manage and pace budgets across channels against revenue, ROAS and new-customer targets
Write creative briefs and run structured tests to find and scale the best-performing ads
Measure and report performance, including how paid media contributes to revenue
Work with paid search, creative, merchandising and sales to line up campaigns with promotions and business goals

4+ years managing paid social, with Meta as your primary platform, ideally for e-commerce or DTC
