Our projects can involve anything from a standalone interactive exhibit to a fully networked installation with more than 100 interconnected systems.
We are seeking an experienced Senior AV & Interactive Systems Integration Engineer to take a leading technical role in configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning these systems.
This is a hands‑on engineering position for someone who understands both computer systems and the unique demands of audiovisual and interactive technology.
What You’ll Do
1. Engineer and Integrate Complex Systems
- Define and recommend appropriate computer and media delivery system configurations based on project requirements.
- Configure and integrate Windows-based computers, media servers, and specialized audiovisual systems.
- Support installations ranging from individual interactive stations to large‑scale, networked multimedia environments.
- Ensure that hardware, software, and audiovisual components operate together reliably.
- Work with systems such as 7thSense, Pandora’s Box, WATCHOUT, or comparable media playback platforms.
2. Lead Technical Testing and Performance Optimization
- Develop and execute system integration and performance tests.
- Validate software and hardware compatibility.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving operating systems, BIOS settings, application performance, networking, touch interfaces, and media playback.
- Optimize system configurations for stability, performance, and long‑term reliability.
- Support operating system upgrades and assess their impact on existing applications.
3. Support System Implementation and Commissioning
- Translate technical requirements into practical system configurations and implementation plans.
- Prepare and document system configurations, testing procedures, and technical specifications.
