Responsibilities

Create at volume by producing a steady, high-output stream of short-form video for Instagram and YouTube
Edit to a high bar, focusing on pacing, motion, sound design, and finishing details
Master the AI creative stack and work fluently across various tools
Own the output from concept and storyboard to generation and final edit
Set the standard by studying high-performing global content
Requirements

Standout portfolio demonstrating taste and range
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
Deep fluency with AI creative tools and the global model landscape
Sharp instinct for Instagram and YouTube performance (hooks, pacing, retention)
Ability to work with speed, ownership, and high output
Preferred Qualifications

Experience running social accounts with real engagement
Comfort being on camera or directing talent
