Marketing Operations Lead: Marketo, Salesforce & AI Metrics

Pilot is seeking a marketing operations professional to own Marketo builds end to end, maintain database health, and ensure Salesforce integration.
You will build campaign reporting and support attribution in Salesforce and Looker, using AI daily to improve data quality and messaging. You will own work from brief to send and help refine the stack as part of Pilot’s collaborative team culture.
