Visionary Creative Director — Media & Worship Production

First Calvary Baptist Church in Durham, NC seeks a Creative Director of Media & Production who is passionate, innovative, and skilled to lead our media ministry. You will oversee audio, video, livestreaming, worship presentation, digital communications, and content production to share the Gospel and enhance worship.
You will recruit and train volunteers, develop content, and collaborate with staff to support church programs. Hybrid work and Sundays with occasional evenings are involved.
