Chief External Communications & Brand Strategy

Tarrant County seeks a Director of External Affairs to lead the countywide strategic communications plan, brand definition, and publication quality control. The role oversees external and internal communications, media campaigns, and crisis communications in alignment with the County’s strategic plan.
The director will supervise External Affairs staff, advise County leadership on branding and messaging, and build partnerships with media and community organizations to expand outreach.
