Head of Marketing

3fa is an early stage startup working with premium retail brands to turn purchases into lasting customer relationships defined by community & culture. We build consumer, enterprise, and infrastructure products, prioritizing design, accessibility, and authenticity.

We’re quietly, but quickly, growing our team in stealth and partnering across multiple brands in fashion. You would be working directly with the founding and advisory team, taking full ownership of your vertical and the many responsibilities that come with it.

Full-time. 50-60 hours/week. Remote, but on-site preferred. The founding team works full-time in San Francisco’s Presidio. We offer healthcare and benefits.

Head of Marketing
The Head of Marketing role will work directly with the CEO and our partner brands, focusing on creating new campaigns, social media launches, and branding, both internally and externally.

You will directly help shape our positioning, messaging, and brand presentation.

Create campaigns, content, customer stories, and product launches.

Work with Partnerships to generate qualified brand interest and measure results.

You bring 1–4 years of relevant marketing experience, excellent writing, creative judgment, and hands-on execution. You have practical familiarity with Claude Code, Codex, and generative image and video generation tools.

Experience in commerce, retail, or premium brands working across tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shopify, Salesforce Commerce, or Oracle NetSuite.

Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 annual base salary, plus equity.
