About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Global Lung Marketing, to shape global commercialization strategy and drive performance for oncology products in lung cancer. The role leads global and U.S. marketing teams, develops tumor and brand strategies, and aligns commercial plans across regions. Responsibilities include integrating input from clinical, medical, analytics, and other cross-functional partners; identifying growth opportunities; and guiding launch planning and lifecycle management. The Executive Director also oversees team development, promotional effectiveness, budgets, and performance reporting, while contributing to long-range planning and U.S. business results.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of progressive pharmaceutical marketing experience, including expertise in brand strategy and execution; oncology experience is preferred, and non-small cell lung cancer experience is an advantage. The role requires deep knowledge of global commercialization, market analysis, brand planning, launch strategy, and the trade-offs between global and local markets. Applicants should bring experience leading cross-functional teams and developing people, along with strong analytical, communication, project management, and presentation skills. Familiarity with oncology treatment settings, drug development, and regulatory considerations is important; prior pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred.
