Responsibilities

Deliver polished 1-page pitches including references to viral content and visual assets
Source b-roll, stock footage, images, and reference materials
Write short-form scripts using proven storytelling frameworks to drive engagement
Review and approve edited videos, providing feedback on audio, pacing, and story flow
Publish content daily across short-form, long-form, carousel, and newsletter formats
Manage content calendars and post-production workflows
Requirements

Prior experience creating viral content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts
Proven experience writing short-form scripts and guiding video edits
Exceptional research skills for uncovering trends and obscure stories
Strong storytelling sense with expertise in hooks and narrative arcs
Familiarity with video editing tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics
