Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the health and lifestyle industries
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients
Develop comprehensive PR strategies tailored to client objectives
Oversee implementation of PR campaigns, media relations, and crisis communications
Lead, mentor, and empower a team of PR professionals
Build and maintain relationships with key health and lifestyle media contacts
Position clients as industry thought leaders through strategic content and speaking opportunities
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
Own account management rhythm including weekly business reviews and risk identification
Drive practice-level retention and monthly MRR expansion
Build productized healthcare service offerings leveraging the Interviewed platform
Win new healthcare clients in biotech, pharma, medical devices, and digital health
Requirements

Minimum of 15 years of experience in public relations with a focus on healthcare and lifestyle
Proven track record of managing PR campaigns with measurable media results
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extensive network of media contacts in healthcare and lifestyle sectors
Deep understanding of the healthcare industry
Experience with FDA, regulatory communications, biotech, pharma, or medical devices
Ability to manage gross and net revenue retention KPIs
Comfort with AI-driven workflows and data-disciplined approaches
