Responsibilities

Own end-to-end post-production for high-performing YouTube content, from ingest to final delivery
Shape compelling narratives through pacing, structure, music, graphics, and sound design to maximize retention
Collaborate with producers, creators, and stakeholders to translate creative vision into finished edits
Execute precise, efficient workflows across multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Apply platform-specific editing strategies and trends optimized for YouTube performance
Incorporate analytics and performance insights to inform editorial decisions
Maintain uncompromising quality standards aligned with the channel's creative vision
Requirements

Extensive experience editing top-tier YouTube programming or digital content
Exceptional storytelling instincts and sensibility
Deep fluency in YouTube formats, trends, and audience behavior
