Creative Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Research market and competitors via spy tools (Meta Ad Library, Adheart)
Turn hypotheses into briefs for designers and write headlines, descriptions, UGC scripts
Run tests with User Acquisition managers, analyze results, draw conclusions
Scale winning creatives and produce creatives using automations and templates
Requirements

2+ years performance marketing experience
Full-cycle work with designers, from brief to results ownership
Experience with spy tools and competitor analysis
Data-driven analysis of test results
Preferred Qualifications

Basic Figma or Adobe skills
Experience with Meta or Google ad accounts
English for copywriting
