Reflection is seeking a founding Brand Designer to define and own our visual identity. As the first design hire on the marketing team, you’ll shape the brand, establish scalable systems, and drive creative across channels. You’ll translate complex technical ideas into clear visuals and lead collaboration with engineers and external partners.
You will craft high-quality digital assets, guide events and experiences, and push the brand to be distinctive and culturally relevant as Reflection grows.
