Social Media Manager, Dental

For our client, we are seeking a Social Media Manager, Dental to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.
This role will own the organic social media strategy for the dental business, setting KPIs and ensuring alignment with broader business goals. The manager will create compelling content across major social platforms, engage with audiences, and monitor performance to continuously improve reach and engagement. This position partners closely with communications and other cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency, manage sensitive interactions, and strengthen the organization’s digital presence.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $114,000 – $179,000 annually
Responsibilities

Own the organic social strategy for the U.S. dental business, setting KPIs and aligning with business goals
Create and publish engaging content across major social platforms
Monitor platform changes and audience responses to refine best practices
Engage with the community through comments and direct messages
Track and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategies
Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure brand consistency
Implement social governance standards and manage sensitive interactions
Qualifications

8+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite
Strong writing skills with experience creating engaging content
Familiarity with social analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics
Understanding of paid media, content marketing, and SEO
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
