Responsibilities Edit raw interview recordings into polished long-form videos for YouTube
Create motion graphics including lower-third animations and supporting visuals
Perform color correction, audio mixing, and sound design to uphold quality standards
Maintain consistent visual style while staying current with platform trends
Optimize edits for audience retention through engaging intros and tight pacing
Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high quality
Requirements 2-5 years of professional experience editing for YouTube or social media
Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
Expert understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and sound effects
Strong understanding of motion graphics workflows and design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Interest in AI, technology, and digital media
Preferred Qualifications Experience with animation
