Head of Marketing & Brand Growth (Hybrid)

Leap Brands, based in the Greater Philadelphia area, seeks a strategic Head of Marketing to elevate our branding and growth initiatives. You will own the marketing roadmap, oversee a small team, and partner with the CEO to align messaging with product excellence.
Hybrid work is required (1–2 days in office); you will drive multi-channel campaigns, measure brand health with KPIs, and scale marketing infrastructure as the company expands.
