Lifecycle Marketing Director: Retention & Revenue Growth

Chameleon Collective is seeking a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to transform customer data into stronger retention, repeat business, and higher lifetime value. You will own lifecycle strategy, lead a small team, and stay hands-on with data and campaign execution.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll oversee CRM, audience segmentation, direct mail campaigns, and campaign optimization, collaborating with sales and operations to align plans with business priorities and budgets.
