Marketing Supervisor

3 Rivers Communications, a rural telecom cooperative headquartered in Fairfield, MT, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Supervisor.

We’re looking for a resourceful person to lead marketing, communications, and outreach efforts. This person will develop and manage marketing campaigns, digital and social media content, customer communications, and community engagement efforts to help increase adoption and retention of our telecom services across the communities we serve.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, marketing experience, and the ability to analyze internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities to help 3 Rivers better serve its customers.

The qualified individual will have 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or a related field, and experience with social media platforms and digital marketing. Experience with a telecommunications, technology, utility, or rural/community-focused organization is a plus. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.
