DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create instructional material (with the help of Engineering and Production) for production employees.
Review and revise instructional material for production employees.
Create materials/graphics to be used for internal and external communications
Handle incoming inquiries via the Marketing portal and Info email box
Assist with update of user manuals.
Assist with the coordination of trade shows and internal Sales Training.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree with a focus on liberal arts/communications or 2+ years’ experience in technical writing/graphic design in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Collection required.
