Your next job is on the road, not behind a desk.

Our client is a nationally recognized brand with deep roots in the motorcycle community and a presence in markets across the country. They’re looking for a social-first storyteller to hit the road, get in the middle of rallies, bike nights, races, rides, and dealer events, and turn real moments into content people actually want to watch.

If you love being around people, you’re quick with a phone camera, and you’d rather be at the event than reading about it, this role was built for you.

What You’ll Do

Travel to markets and motorcycle events across the country, roughly 40-50% of the time

Capture vertical video, short interviews, B-roll, rider stories, and real-time event moments

Turn around Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories, and event updates fast

Team up with local marketing managers to uncover stories worth sharing nationally

Become the go-to person for the brand’s influencers and creators, building real relationships through texts, calls, and face-to-face time

Spot collaboration opportunities between creators, local markets, events, and company leadership

Dive into community conversations, discover user-generated content, and show up where riders are talking

Help with scheduling, captions, tags, and collaboration posts when you’re home between trips

Share footage with the video team and senior content lead

Bring back field intelligence on trends, rising creators, and what riders care about

Why You’ll Love It

Real creative ownership. You won’t be waiting on a 20-page production plan. You’ll be trusted to find the story and capture it.

A culture people are passionate about. Motorcycle communities are loyal, social, and full of great characters.

Variety. New cities, new events, and new people every few weeks.

A national platform. Your content supports a national social strategy and gets seen.

Visibility. You’ll work directly with local marketing teams, senior content leaders, and company leadership.

Room to grow. This is a strong launchpad for a career in social, content, influencer, or brand marketing.

About You
You’re curious, social, organized, and comfortable talking to anyone. You don’t need to be a polished producer. You need good instincts, a great eye, and the confidence to approach a stranger and ask a good question.

What We’re Looking For

Roughly 2-5 years of experience in social media, content creation, events, digital marketing, or creator/influencer work. Early-career candidates with strong skills and a standout portfolio are welcome.

Comfort creating vertical video and short-form content

Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

Confidence approaching and interviewing riders, creators, partners, and event-goersNatural relationship-building skills, including keeping in touch with creators by text and phone, and showing up for the occasional evening or weekend event

Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time, and genuine excitement about it

Strong organization and follow-through while on the road

Comfort handling day-to-day publishing and community engagement when you’re home

A motorcycle rider, or someone who’s truly at home in motorcycle culture, is strongly preferred

Bonus Points

Basic editing skills and experience with quick-turn event content

Experience working with influencers, ambassadors, sponsored riders, or creator partners

Familiarity with motorcycle events, terminology, and rider communities

This Role Might Not Be for You If...

You want a predictable, desk-based Monday-Friday job

You’d rather focus on strategy and planning than hands‑on creating

You prefer fully scripted, professionally produced shoots
