Marketing and Communications Manager

Farm Credit Services of Mandan is hiring a full-time Marketing and Communications Manager located in our Mandan Corporate office.
The Marketing & Communications Manager coordinates the Association’s marketing, communications, and brand activities. This role plans and executes advertising campaigns, digital marketing, promotional materials, producer education, community outreach, and public relations efforts, while managing the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives. The position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but works closely with Association leadership and external marketing partners to support business goals and promote the Farm Credit mission throughout the communities we serve.

Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing initiatives that promote the Association’s products and services and support business goals
Coordinate advertising campaigns and promotional activities in partnership with leadership and external marketing partners
Develop high-quality content and creative materials for traditional digital media
Manage the Association’s website and social media platforms and coordinate advertising across multiple channels
Coordinate producer education, farm forums, trade shows, seminars, community outreach, and other Association events and initiatives
Maintain a consistent Association and Farm Credit brand across marketing and communication activities
Track and analyze marketing activity, digital engagement, and campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on results
Qualifications College degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of common agricultural practices
Ability to plan, manage, and complete assignments
