Senior Director of Marketing & Growth — Equity Eligible

Extension Health in New York is seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Senior Director of Marketing to lead its next growth phase. You will own the marketing strategy across the full portfolio, shape brand positioning, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and partner with commercial, clinical, finance, and operations leaders as we expand into new markets.
This role covers brand, social, partnerships, paid digital, CRM, and affiliate programs.
