Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Social Media Marketing Intern based in Bentonville, AR. The intern will support day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X. Responsibilities include assisting with campaign execution, engaging with followers, monitoring social media trends, and tracking performance metrics to help optimize content and outreach. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and coaching staff to highlight athlete success stories, promotions, events, and community initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in sports-focused social media marketing and brand building within a high-performance training environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and platform insights is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bentonville, AR, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Interest in sports, fitness, or athletic performance and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
