About the Role: Our financial services client is looking for a Graphic Designer to support the creation of presentations, reports, marketing materials, and email communications for both U.S. and international audiences.
Assets include: PowerPoint presentations, email templates, one pagers, event materials, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations
- Design reports and marketing materials
- Develop executive-level and condensed case study content
- Support event presentations and visual communications
- Create and maintain Outlook email invitation templates (OFT files)
- Partner with stakeholders across global teams
- Ensure all work follows brand guidelines and standards
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office experience
- Experience with desktop publishing and document layout design
- Familiarity with Figma
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting financial services, investment, retirement, or related industries
