At Registix, we're not interested in doing things the way they've always been done. We're redefining an industry that isn't exactly known for pushing creative boundaries, and we see that as an opportunity.

We're looking for a Senior Content Creator, AI & Social to help us create the unexpected. Someone who can take an unconventional idea and turn it into something impossible to ignore.

This isn't a traditional content marketing role. You'll work at the intersection of generative AI, filmmaking, editing, storytelling, and emerging technology. You'll experiment with new formats, challenge conventions, and help build a visual identity that looks nothing like the competition.

Some ideas will be brilliant. Some will be weird. Some won't work. We're completely fine with that.

• Own the entire creative process from concept to final production, independently turning ambitious ideas into polished, original content.

• Concept, storyboard, generate, edit, and produce AI-driven videos, cinematic brand films, social content, and digital campaigns.

• Experiment with leading generative AI platforms, including Runway, Kling, Google Veo, Midjourney, and emerging creative technologies.

• Combine AI-generated visuals with traditional footage, motion graphics, VFX, and sound design to create seamless, high-quality productions.

• Develop consistent visual environments, characters, and creative styles across scenes and campaigns.

• Build repeatable AI-assisted production workflows that increase creative output without compromising quality.

• Own the final production quality of our video content, from short-form social to cinematic brand campaigns.

• Bring advanced capabilities in editing, compositing, motion design, color grading, visual effects, and sound design.

• Transform raw footage, AI-generated assets, and unconventional concepts into cohesive, compelling stories.

• Identify and correct AI-generated visual inconsistencies, artifacts, and imperfections.

• Deliver finished productions that feel intentionally crafted, not simply AI-generated.

• Maintain exceptional attention to detail across pacing, transitions, visual continuity, audio, and final delivery.

𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴

• Develop original content concepts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

• Create recognizable content series and recurring formats that audiences actually want to follow and share.

• Translate complex businesses, technology, logistics, and industrial operations into entertaining and visually compelling stories.

• Understand the mechanics of attention, including hooks, pacing, audience behavior, and platform-native storytelling.

• Experiment with unconventional approaches that challenge what traditional B2B content looks and feels like.

• Analyze performance, identify what resonates, and turn successful experiments into repeatable creative programs.

• Continuously explore emerging AI tools, creative techniques, and unconventional production methods.

• Move quickly from idea to prototype to finished production.

• Bring inspiration from fashion, automotive, sports, entertainment, technology, and contemporary creative culture.

• Challenge traditional creative conventions and introduce new approaches to storytelling and content production.

• Find innovative ways to produce work that would traditionally require significant production budgets, crews, and resources.

• Help establish Registix as a brand recognized for its creativity, ambition, and willingness to do things differently.

• Help shape the next generation of Registix's visual identity and digital storytelling.

• Collaborate directly with leadership to translate ambitious ideas into tangible creative executions.

• Develop campaigns that position Registix as a technology-driven company redefining an established industry.

• Balance bold creative expression with the sophistication and credibility expected of a company working with some of the world's largest brands.

• Maintain a consistently high creative standard while pushing our visual identity into new territory.

We're less interested in how many years you've spent in a traditional marketing department and more interested in what you can actually create.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀:

• A strong portfolio of original AI-generated films, cinematic edits, experimental content, or creative campaigns.

• Demonstrated ability to independently take an idea from concept through final production.

• Advanced experience with generative AI image and video platforms.

• Exceptional video editing, post-production, and visual storytelling skills.

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable professional production tools.

• A strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, pacing, sound design, and visual continuity.

• The creative judgment to know when AI enhances a production and when traditional techniques produce a better result.

• An instinct for what makes content compelling, shareable, and culturally relevant.

• The ability to move quickly, experiment independently, and solve creative challenges without extensive direction.

• Strong creative taste, attention to detail, and an unwillingness to settle for average work.

• Genuine curiosity about emerging technology and how it can reshape creative production.

Experience in logistics, liquidation, or traditional B2B marketing is not required.

We want to see finished productions, not just AI-generated clips or collections of prompts. Show us original concepts you've developed, films you've produced, experiments you've pushed beyond the obvious, and projects that demonstrate your creative instincts and technical abilities.

Be prepared to explain your creative process, the tools you used, and which parts of the final production you personally executed.

Selected candidates will be invited to complete a paid creative exercise designed to demonstrate their ability to take an idea from concept to finished production.
