Video Producer (Miami, Florida based)

We are looking for a hands-on Video Producer based in Miami, Florida, with experience running video shoots with a team. You will collaborate with the team to develop scripts and film YouTube videos, eventually managing the entire production process from initial concepts and planning through editing and publication. The ideal candidate works well in a small team, adapts quickly, and can deliver quality content under tight deadlines. We welcome candidates from YouTube, social media, television, livestreaming, and freelance production backgrounds.
Responsibilities

Develop video concepts, write scripts, and plan YouTube content in collaboration with the team.
Run and coordinate video shoots, including preparation, scheduling, and equipment coordination.
Film and produce content for YouTube and other social media platforms.
Manage projects from initial ideas through filming, editing, and final publication.
Ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Must be based in Miami, Florida. Availability for in-person video shoots is mandatory. Applicants who are unable to attend in-person shoots should not apply.
Experience running or coordinating video shoots with a team.
Hands-on video production and filming experience.
Ability to contribute to scripting, concept development, and storytelling.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable working with a small team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in health, wellness, or fitness, or a demonstrated personal interest in these topics.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience producing or working on a YouTube channel. This is a major plus.
Experience creating video content for social media.
Background in television production or livestreaming.
Experience managing projects from concept through publication.
Freelance production experience across different types of projects.
