Franchise Growth Marketing Manager — Funnel & CRM

barre3 is seeking an experienced franchise development marketer who owns the franchise candidate funnel end to end. You will partner with the Franchise Development Manager, drive volume and quality of candidates, and manage automated nurture in FranConnect while guiding paid media spend with the Director of Performance Marketing.
You’ll report to the Director of Performance Marketing, combining funnel strategy, performance marketing, and project leadership.
