Social Media Manager

Feltoon Law, PC is a personal injury firm in Austin led by attorney Jason Feltoon. We help people who were hurt because of someone else’s carelessness, and we guide them through every step of their claim. We care about honesty, empathy, and clear communication, both with clients and online.
Role Description This is a part-time, mostly remote role for 10 to 20 hours a week at $25/hour. You’ll run our Instagram and Facebook. That means planning, filming, editing, and posting content, plus writing captions and replying to comments and DMs. Once a month, you’ll come to our Austin office to batch-film Jason and our staff. You’re welcome to appear on camera yourself if you’re comfortable. You’ll also spot trends, test new formats, and share a short monthly update on what’s working.
In this role, you’re your own boss. You’ll set your own goals, plan your own schedule, and decide how to grow our accounts. Our Head of Marketing will be there to help when you need it and will pass along ideas from time to time. Day to day, you’ll take ownership and run our social media like it’s your own business.
Qualifications You live in or near Austin and can come in once a month
Experience with Meta insights
Experience growing a social media following
Comfort with your own phone or camera setup and an editing app like CapCut
Experience with Canva and AI platforms
Personable and easy to work with
Organized, self-motivated, and able to hit deadlines without being managed
